Onyx Coffee Lab is an integral part of Hummingbird Amsterdam as we decided at the beginning of 2021 Onyx will be our home roaster. That means more diverse coffees from this well-established brand. More unique offers for you our customer as we partnered up with Onyx.

With setting up our partnership we worked towards our own Hummingbird blend that serves both the filter coffee lovers as also the espresso-based drinkers. We love single origins, but we wanted to go the other direction for our own specialty, so we found this beautiful combination of an Ethiopian and Colombian blend. You really need to try it.

With Onyx as our leading roaster, you still can expect a diverse range of coffees as they have enough choice. Next to that, we will keep on continuing our multi-roaster approach introducing new brands every month.

Whenever there is a coffee or a brand you, our customer, see from no matter where in the world… let us know! We love to explore new brands, new coffees. You may also do a pre-order or ask us to purchase a certain coffee.

The beauty of Onyx is that they treat every coffee with the highest care. Well that said, that is also part of the selection part for new coffee brands. The entire chain needs to be purpose-driven.
