December 21st, 2022 we celebrated our 4-year anniversary. Also, we overcame a shitty pandemic, but there were a lot of big gains because of that life event. And it manifested even more last year!

A whole lot more people that live and work around in this area became very good regulars over the last couple of years. It is also good to see international travellers coming back every time!! We truly love connecting and talking about coffee and life. We are of purpose for a lot of people. We established our shop around our core value: connectedness. 

That is why we don’t have a menu. We like to talk you through our offers, the coffee brands and different roasts we have on the shelf, and also how you like your coffee. Black, with or without milk. Strong or a bit softer. Espresso-based or not. We also love to seduce you to try something different once in a while, because like wine also with coffee there are so many taste notes and diverse coffees to try! 

Every month we have at least one new brand on the shelf next to our home roaster Onyx and one of our recurring favorite brands. 

More and more new brands that contact us or that we find are tested to enter our shelves. We let you, our customer, co-test with us. Sometimes we tell it, sometimes we don’t. Because we would like to see your response while drinking coffee. So yes, we curate in a unique way. And it goes from coffee beans to the established brand and the people and story behind it. It should all check the boxes related to the core values we find important. 

We hope that you’ll stick with us this year in drinking more specialty coffee because we work with great brands that produce amazing coffee results. And our joy is to make coffee with our special ingredient: love. All for the love of specialty coffee and true hospitality.
